The Christian Spirit of Giving Abounds Here At Winter Ranch

A group from Winter Ranch crossed into Mexico to help Pat and JoAnn Sullivan feed 500 plus children along with some of their mothers. The children also were able to visit with Santa and and each one received a gift.

When Pat came to the valley about 13 years ago the church only had about 9-11 members.  The church was in ruin and all the glass was broken.  Pat has completely redone the church.  He also built all new pews and when Joann was in a wheelchair she varnished them.  He has completely renovated the church.  They now they have a full church for services.

JoAnn and Pat were married in this church.

The Priest with JoAnn serves 11 churches.

The children can't wait to attend the festivities!

This Plaque Reads:

Mr. Patrick Sullivan

We, the people of Las Flores, will remain
forever grateful to Mr. Patrick Sullivan for
his love of God and generosity towards
us by constructing St. Paula's Center that
will serve our community in a multitude of
ways for many years to come.  He will
be eternally remembered in the prayers
of our community and all who will be
served here.

Pat also builds beds and takes them to homes so the children don't have to sleep on the floor or in some cases ground.  If you are replacing carpet in your home or RV, let Pat Sullivan known because he can use it to make the beds.  Also, even with the carpeting, one bed costs around $75 to make, so any donations would be greatly appreciated.
