Our Numbers Are Going Down.
We went from 731 to 675 this week.
Lost and Found:
A silver hoop earring
was found in the Large Hall and is in the Lost and Found in the Business
Office.
Important Information:
Something new at Winter Ranch: You may now pay for the season with a
credit card.
Eagle Pass Trip: One of the people on the Eagle Pass
Trip had their credit card compromised so if you went on that trip, you might
want to check your credit card.
Mailing Labels: As you are getting ready to return
North, please make sure you leave labels for the Mail Room to forward your
mail. They cannot use the really small
labels. You must have labels that will
cover the address on the envelope. If
you need mailing labels, you can order them in the Business Office from the
Computer Group. There is a small charge
for the service.
Leaving the Park: Remember when you get ready to head
North, you need to have all your stuff put away and battened down. We do experience hurricane winds once in
awhile and your grills, bicycles, plant and pots should all be secured. If they are not secured they can fly off and
damage other property in the park or hurt someone.

Directories:
The directories are now available. Pick yours up in the Activities
Office. There are still 35 people who have not picked theirs up. There are also some extra directories if you need another
one. They are $10 per book. The counting has been done and there
are extra copies of the directories that may be purchased now.
Border Patrol: The Border Patrol was here last
Thursday. They have an App for reporting
suspicious activity, sending a tip or location.
There is a poster on the board across from the Mail Room.
The Internet in Activity Room #3: The internet is not working and we will be
working with AT&T to get it resolved.
Once it is fixed the internet will be available until we leave the park
in mid-April. We can’t leave the
equipment in the room during the summer as it would fry.
Bring a Friend Campaign: Bring a friend that stays one month and you
can earn a $50 reward. If you have a new
person come to the park and they stay a month, they get one free week. If they stay two months, they get an
additional two weeks free. If they stay three
months, they would get an additional consecutive month free.
Golden Olympics:
We had all our residents who participated in the Golden Olympics come up front so that we could take a picture.
We had a lot of people participate this year and that is just awesome. We also had quite a few medal winners and that list is as follows:
35th Annual
“Texas Edition” Golden Age Olympics

We still need people for the concession stand. Signup is on the bulletin board across from
the Mail Room.
We also need a couple
