Ladies' Luncheon

Today was the Ladies Luncheon.   We had a nice catered roast beef dinner and our Dessert Committtee made a wonderful dessert, Sopapilla Cheesecake.  It was absolutely delicious and I'm going to try and get that recipe from Char Leach, the Dessert Committee Coordinator.  

The buzz today though was the awesome table decorations.  They were truly spectacular.  The Decorating Committee's theme was January at Winter Ranch.  All the tables had different decorations showing the various arts and crafts, sports and other activities that take place in January.  Not only were there representations of the various activities, there were also glass globes with pictures of many of our ladies involved in those activities.  There were a lot of ladies walking around checking out all the different decorations and the pictures.  Good job, ladies!
