John Sager Show

We hadn't seen John Sager before and we heard he had a great voice so we decided we'd check out his show this season.  They weren't kidding about his voice.  Wow, can he sing!  John Sager sings in the Valley during the winter and spends his time singing in Branson, Missouri for the summer.  He sings mainly at Mel's Hard Luck Diner but he also does backup once in awhile for other Branson singers.

John puts on quite a show and we had a really good crowd for his show with a lot of return customers!

John Sager

John Signing to Ron Berg
John spends a lot of time singing to the ladies but he decided to pick on Ron a bit too and it was during an Elvis song!  (This is funny as Ron plays Elvis quite a bit!)

Falling in Love

John Trying To Get A Kiss From Edna Odendahl

Edna is trying to escape!
Edna was not the only Winter Ranch lady that John flirted and carried on with.  Poor Carolyn Nieland had her hair smoothed and petted by John for what probably seemed like forever to her!   He also found Arah Carlson and said "Aren't you the cutest little thing" and gave her a hug.   I felt pretty smug because I sat in the safe zone (three rows back and in the middle).  I heard about his reputation!

You Raise Me Up

John asked for volunteers from the audience and he ended up with two Winter Ranchers and a couple of other volunteers from other parks.  The volunteers ended up being the Village People and sang, "YMCA".  It was funny!

John Sager
Even though John horses around with the ladies quite a bit and spends some of the time being a standup comic, he can really sing and does a terrific job with many gospel and Christian songs.

If you get a chance do check out his show!
