HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Friendship Hall is decorated for Halloween!

8:30-9:00 AM APPLE DESSERT CONTEST - BRING TO THE WR KITCHEN (Baked Goods Must Serve 12). And the desserts arrived.

11:00     SCAVENGER HUNT

Those interested in doing the Scavenger Hunt met in Friendship Hall at 11 AM this morning.   Our Activity Director, Lynn, met everyone there with the rules for the hunt. She handed us out a page with pictures of items that are either in Winter Ranch or Trophy Gardens and then everyone was let loose on golf carts to try to find the items.

Lyn introduced Cathy Chapin and thanked her for being a great Park Manager. Then she asked the bakers (we had both men and women) that prepared the desserts to come forward and fix their bowl of desserts so they would get first pick.

After the prizes were awarded, dinner was served.

Hamburger, potato salad and baked beans. All were really good.

We were about the last table to be called but there were still plenty of delicious desserts left to pick from! Good job everyone! Lynn announced that next year we need to think pumpkin!

2:30 BEANBAG BASEBALL CONTEST

The Beanbag Baseball Contest is a fight to the finish between Winter Ranch and Trophy Gardens. The prize is the coveted Gourd Trophy. Last year Trophy Gardens took home the prize. Winter Ranchers were psyched to win!
