Wednesday, January 25th, Morning Meeting News

We went from 928 to 927 residents
in the park this week.  Welcome home
Winter Ranch residents!

Please give your congratulations to Charles Smith who made a Hole in One on the Golf Course last Monday!  Congratulations Charles!

ENTERTAINMENT NEWS:  495 people attended the David Church Show  and 200 came to the Gold Wing Express Show.

ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS:  If you have not turned in your information for the Directory, we need it by Friday, January 27th.

BUS TRIPS:  Several people who signed up for the bus trip to Wink's did not go and did not let anyone know ahead of time.  There were several residents that wanted to go on this trip so PLEASE let the Activity Office know if you are not going to be able to go so that others can take advantage of the trip.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL TIME CHANGE:  The ice cream socials on January 29th, February 5th and February 26th will be at 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM because of entertainment that is scheduled for that date.

If you want tickets for Cirque du Soleil, get them from the Activities Office ASAP.  They will be returned shortly.

PLEASE NOTE:  Lynn and JD in the Activity Office are happy to help all of our residents, however, there are times when they are working on something that needs their full attention.  When that happens they close their door which means "Do Not Disturb".  You can choose to wait outside their office until they finish what they are working on or who they are talking to, but please don't just walk in or knock.  Unless it is a dire emergency, the door is shut for a reason!

ATTENTION ALL ACTIVITY LEADERS - It is time to fill out a request for rooms and times for activities for next season.  Green sheets are available outside the Activity Office.  Just complete them and put them in the Activities Office Mail Box or give them to Lynn or JD.  If one of these cards is not completed and handed in, you could lose your spot for next year.

ATTENTION ALL GOLFERS:  On Tuesdays you will not be able to get on the golf course until 3:30 PM because of work being done before that time.
